Grand Traverse Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Centers-Gaylord office

I unfortunately don’t remember my nurses name, whoever it was who took my xray and walked me through the whole process of getting all my wisdoms out. This was my first time under anesthesia and having a surgery in general. It was a very quick and easy process. I was nervous going into it, however, I should have been more nervous about the aftermath because my mouth is so sore! Lol… Nevertheless, thank you to Dr. Fountain and the staff members who were responsible for my care. Along with those of the front desk who aided me in scheduling and working with my insurance, like Corrina. If I had more wisdom teeth that needed to be removed, I would come again.

I am in the medical field and all I can say is that Dr. Olsen and his staff were amazing. Felt completely at ease. I can’t remember the nurse who did my xray or the dental technician and I wish I could. For having a dental extraction this was actually a fantastic experience. I will refer all of my patients here. Thank you so much!!!

Clinical staff were professional but also personable. Felt like I could trust the work that was going to be done. Lobby was clean and front desk staff had my insurance billed by the end of my visit, very efficient. My extraction took less than 30 minutes and though I was warned I may swell I really haven't had any pain or swelling. I hope I dont need another extraction but if I do I would come back here no question.

Absolutely incredible experience! If I could give 100 stars, I would. My partner had been in excruciating pain and we were having no luck finding a dentist to help—after calling over 7 offices with no solution. The moment I contacted this office, I knew we were finally in good hands. They got her in immediately, and the entire team—from the receptionists to the surgeon—was beyond kind, professional, and efficient. If you’re in need of a tooth extraction or any oral surgery, this is absolutely the place to go. We are so grateful!

Worst experience of my life. Last year, I had to get my abscess removed and they lied in my face saying that it wasn’t abscessed. Went down there again, waited in the office for literally an hour, got into the procedure room and waited for another hour, they were a couple of very young orthodontist’s that didn’t know what the hell they were doing, very rude and impatient with me the entire time they were removing the abscess, and they didn’t even put a filling on top of my tooth where I had the infection removed as well! I highly recommend not coming here. Completely unprofessional and such a fraud business.
