Grand Teton Medical Clinic

What a great clinic and resource to have right inside the park. We were luckily staying close, at the Jackson Lake Lodge when my son fell ill on our trip. Kelly (MA/Registrar) met us with a smiling face and got us all set to see the provider. Kelly was great with my son and made him feel at ease. Tara, NP is fantastic. She was able to get a strep swab done painlessly on my son. She explained his vitals, illness, and medication. We were so appreciative that they had medication on-site, as we were fully prepared to have to drive to Jackson for a prescription if needed. I can’t say enough about this clinic, fast, friendly, and efficient! Thanks for taking care of my son on our trip.

Kelly and Kelly provided the best urgent care experience I have ever had. There was no wait. They carefully and thoroughly listened to all my health issues and addressed them individually with several approaches. They patiently walked me through every fee I might pay, provided recommendations to additional care providers and options, and made sure I had every helpful resource before I left. Arrived at clinic when it opened because my son fell and had laceration. Front desk allowed me to sign in. When I mentioned he would need stitches the front desk said let me ask if providers can do them (although all advertisements say they do). She returned and says doctor said it had been too long. (I had never provided a time for injury and knew I was still in window). She went back and asked again, and said I’m sorry they said they’re training this morning and can’t see patients. I replied that I was a physician and asked to speak to the doctor. Doctor came out and was very rude and dismissive. He says they were training and I could drive 11/2 hours to Jackson. There was no sign saying they were training and front desk gave me a clipboard and allowed me to sign in. Due to thei

I sustained a fairly deep laceration near my left knee while hiking the Grand Tetons. I was going to power through it, but soon realized the next morning that I probably needed stitches. I was fortunate that this medical clinic was less than a mile from my hotel. Ryan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I soon saw the nurse practitioner, Kristen Trivelli. Kristen was very professional and methodical as she examined and treated my wound. She took the time to thoroughly clean my laceration and even explained the rationale for the gauge of suture she was going to use. As a healthcare consultant who has encountered literally hundreds of healthcare providers, I can say that the Jackson Lake area is fortunate to have the Grand Teton Medical Clinic and the clinic is fortunate

Mark R., the physician assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to our 14 year old son. He was very ill and Mark immediately helped him with the appropriate treatment. His house excellent service in such a remote location relieved our minds while being so far from our Texas home.
