My husband and I had our first appointment. Everyone, and there were many, we're very nice. The large facility was a beautiful color, different from sterile white. Dave, case manager, was personal yet professional. Dr. Garden was friendly then got to work. He gave a hands-on examination while calling numbers out to Dave. I do not have neuropathy but my husband learned he did. I was very impressed with thDr. Gardners multi-step evaluation. I received trays and my husband had a balance test and stems. So no-treatment-fits-all! We are going back for official results.

I was visiting from out of town and needed help with a leg and knee issue. I saw their ad on Facebook and felt comfortable with making my apt with them on line. They were very responsive and made an apt the next day. Upon arrival of the business I was very impressed. Very nice staff. And the atmosphere was great. After meeting the Dr and him doing his exam and X-rays I was very impressed and will be going back for the apt to go over my plan that’ll help my condition. I very much will refer this office to anyone needing chiropractic help.

Although I arrived very early for my appointment, Trina took me right away, which ended up saving me a lot of time. After her assessment, I was able to complete my visit ahead of time. Before I left, I was greeted by both Madison and Dr. Garner. GSHW has a great vibe, and really makes you feel like part of the family. This is very important to me.

I am submitting this complaint to express concerns about the business practices of the ShockWave treatment program. During my visit, a case manager aggressively promoted a six-week treatment plan consisting of twice-weekly visits, priced at $1,800. I was told that I “owed it to myself” to enroll and that the program would make me feel at least 75% better. I was also offered a $360 discount if I signed up immediately. When I expressed concern about the cost, I was offered alternative payment options, including a 24-month zero-interest plan or weekly payments of $300 for six weeks. I brought my CT scan and X-ray reports so the provider could review them and understand the cause of my pain. Place is a JOKE!! A bunch of woo woo BS! After speaking to 3 different “case managers” in just an initial visit because it’s “part of their process”. They then informed me they don’t physically adjust or even touch you. Everything is digital. They say they’re radiating light/shock waves through your body to heal and align your back!? The only physical touch you’ll get is from the aquatherapy machine, which is the same one Planet Fitness has… 😂😂 The worst part though, they prey on the elderly. Their building is literally shared with a senior help facility and 90% of the patients I saw were over 70yo.
