The physical therapy department at the hospital in Rifle has been great. Trena is a wonderful PT. Her years of experience are invaluable. The staff and billing department is diligent with their follow through. Unfortunately, this post is for the long term care center.
Amazing facility! Great staff! Beautiful building and happy Resident. Not just another long term care facility but a home!
I called for over 4 months and emailed to see if I could get my brother on the wait list. Not one person responded to my request. My brother was severely depressed from being so far away from me. As of now, I found out he quit eating and passed away ! Thanks for zero help ! Also they have a very unprofessional Facebook page !
The facility is very clean. The care that is provided for the residents is great. The meals are only adequate.
By far the most beautiful, friendliest, and cleanest facility I have ever been in. To have your loved one here is a blessing.
