DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU KNOW TO THIS PLACE OR SAVE THE PEOPLE THERE ASAPP!! This place is infested with all sorts of bug/animals including BATS which is a risk for RABIES!!!

Please 🙏🏾 help the staff and residence they are doing the best they can. They are understaffed and abuse the patients. And they are bed bug and roach 🪳 infestation. They need a good exterminator and better business bureau to turn them around. They feed the residents poorly and they are poor conditions. We need to do better for residents this is not right. And yes I have a family member who resides here. It’s horrible and I hope they do better with patient care.

I have it on good authority that this facility has numerous infestations which includes rodents of just about any shape and size, insects which are also to include Bed Bugs, Cockroaches, and so on. The facility's priorities, if any at all are seriously misguided and ill advised to say the least. Furthermore the residents are being dismissed or "waved off" and therefore their words, their concerns, their issues they have with the facility they call home and it always has begged the questions, such as "well why is this happening" and then I heard another resident utter the most chilling, haunting, and yet oh so very true words or depiction of the current state of things and that's because he said, residents have two strikes right out of the gate going in, first is that they're a resident an

I lived here while Joyce wilder was there and one thing that i can say is that the Administration team did care for the safety of the resident. Joyce Wilder was a ticking bomb especially when she drinks, she would try to fight the entire building including staff members. Her daughter came to the facility and displayed the same attitude of Joyce when she gets drunk. (The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree if you know what I mean. Furthermore, her daughter Angel would keep her mom's check and wouldn't pay her rent. Thats why she got an eviction, I was one happy camper when she left. Everyone knows that if you are living in this type of facilities you have to turn over your income including link cards and that was before the state deemed you ineligible for link if you live in the facili

Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to meet Donna, she sounds like a great person. Especially compared to management, Marquis Thomas & Ola. They have lied to me about my Mother's well-being since day 1. My Mother has been attacked by the same person and police reports were filed but the perpetrator still resides there, after evicting my Mother for being a victim. I do not know where the moral compass is when dealing with this management. I asked about the management taking the LINK card(s) from the individuals and they stated that they did not take the cards, but they do. There is definitely a lot more, this is just a snippet of your reality if you allow your loved ones to reside here for a long time. Only desperation will lead anyone to Grand Regency of Robbins.
