The office itself is very neat and clean from the moment you walk in, the ladies at the reception desk were all very welcoming & friendly. Both the tech & dentist were highly informative as well, any questions I had were answered before I even asked. Despite not visiting a dentist in a long time (longer than the norm), I didn't feel judged whatsoever and felt comfortable the entire time. They were very forthcoming with offering advice on how to improve my oral hygiene routine, pricing was also explained upfront as well so there weren't any surprises on my end. Overall, everyone I encountered during my visit all have great attitudes and are super professional, due to that, I felt the need to share just how positive my experience was 😄

We are new patients and so far we have been very happy there. My hygienist is extremely thorough.. my teeth have never felt so clean.. both her and my dentist both explain everything they are about to do and are very gentle.

Being new to the area and establishing care can be so difficult. However, the process from creating an appointment to completing my visit was so easy at Grand Cypress! Dr. Gatewood and her team were all so kind and explained everything going on, never leaving me astray. I appreciated their early morning appointment option as it didn’t interfere with my work schedule. All in all a phenomenal experience - can’t believe I’m gonna say this but I’m excited to go back to the dentist for my next appointment!! 😄
