The girl told us she gave us an appointment and gave it to someone else and we lost our kitten. I do not recommend scheduling or going!

My first introduction to GC Vet Clinic was unfortunately under sad circumstances. We had just moved into town and didn't know anyone. Suddenly, our 16 year old dog needed a vet. Without hesitation, the staff here helped us with a walk in appointment that ultimately ended in us euthanizing our dog. What was a difficult and sad day for us was made that much better by every member at GC Vet Clinic. They were extremely compassionate, starting from the first phone call and in every step that we had to go through. They were more than willing to go at the speed that we needed and walk us through everything with sympathy and love. My husband and I while on vacation had to make the hardest decision of having our sweet Rubi(Jack Russell) put down. Her health had been declining quickly and while we were over there could tell she wasn't doing good. We called Grand Coulee vet early Tuesday morning and explained what was happening. Even though completely booked with appointments they were able to accommodate our needs and get Rubi in. Dr Marlene Poe and Kim have to be the most compassionate people I have ever met and made such a sad decision easier on the heart. We are grateful that she had her last moments with an office like Grand Coulle Vet and we now know that was the best place we could have taken her to. Even though they are over 4 hours away from us I'd highly consider keeping them as a vet for our other Jack R

Best vet in the area for sure, we had a little poodle that scratched himself raw no one would help us. Dr Poe looked at him figured out the problem and he was great from then on. Now we have another dog we get to take to her to get looked at.
