Graham Family Dentistry

My family had been going here for years and my wife had made comments about the how the staff treated her bad here. I had switched jobs and was looking to get new a dentist and decided to book an appointment here to be with the wife and kids. I felt the office staff was condescending the whole time I was trying to book the appointment and after minutes of putting up with their attitude, I was finally told they could get me into the office in 7 months. I now feel bad that my wife dealt with this office for so many years.

I WONT use this dentist._ I used to back in the day wheni was married to the 'mommy dearest' mom of my kids .little did i now back then that one of the particular ladies that works here became ' friends' with my ex and is SUPPOSIDLY a jack of all trades aparently. It didn't take me very long to realize that it was far too coincidental that my KIDS and ex _wife could get in relatively soon for routine checkuos_ BUT when ( i) would call there supposidly wasn't ANYTHING available for MONTHS out. I haven't been impressed either when my kids had weekend appointments and they would call MY cell phone and leave subliminal threatening messages about being there or they would FINE you for a no_ show. They have since long time now discontinued weekend appointments_ and im glad! It was about a year

I see Dr. Bieker here at Graham Family Dentistry. I see a lot of negative reviews about the office however, based on the information that the people are providing, I can tell you that almost every negative review isn't about Graham Family Dentistry. They're referring to Graham Family Dental Care. Unfortunately the names are so close that people often confuse them. I've known people that have called to make an appointment at Graham Family Dentistry with Dr. Dent or Dr. Bieker and they have contacted the wrong office. I've also known people that say they have scheduled appointments via their online scheduling portal or via email which Graham Family Dentistry does not have however, Graham Family Dental Care does. I’ve been going to this dentist for a lot of years and they wonderful. Today I had a different hygienist. Her name is Teri. She is a great. She went above and beyond to make my appointment comfortable. She knows I have sensitive teeth and found a way to get warm water to rinse my teeth when there wasn’t warm water in our room! I am extremely disappointed in how the office staff treat clients. I am a travel nurse and I was trying to call and make an appointment for myself and my son for a check up. I sat on hold for 35 minutes before someone picked up the call, then hung up. I called back immediately and told the person who answered the phone I had just been on hold for 35 minutes without anyone checking on me and when someone did pickup they hung up on me. She told I was not on hold for that long that there was no one on hold. I asked her if she was calling me a liar and she told me I was not on hold for 35 minutes.
