Grafton Smiles

I am pleased to say I went to Grafton Smiles today and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I was originally a patient with Dr. Gagne (🌟) then stayed when his practice when it became Accord Dental. My experiences with the last 2 dentists were less pleasant so I went elsewhere. I returned to the office which is now Grafton Smiles 😃 I recommend everyone call, speak to Grace to make your appointment. Dr. Sidhu is wonderful, down to earth and not overwhelming. Isabelle is a sweet, kind and gentle hygienist. Highly recommend!!!

I’m writing this review so no one else goes through what I went through. I came to this office for a cleaning and x-rays and was told I needed three fillings. I was informed that one of them might be deep enough to need a root canal, but nothing about the other two sounded concerning. At the next appointment, I told them I could only afford two fillings that day, so I had one on the top and one on the bottom done. Before this appointment, I had zero pain in any of my teeth. The dentist who worked on me was very brief, did not explain anything about how deep the filling would be, and did not discuss any risks or options. The office is clean, efficient, and you can tell they truly prioritize patient experience. A special shoutout to Rebecca — her kindness, empathy, and positive attitude made my visit so much better. She treated me like more than just another patient. You can tell she really loves what she does. If you’re looking for a dentist office that blends professionalism with a personal touch, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

This place is incredible. I have never felt so taken care of by a group like this in my entire life. They truly care and explain everything to you in detail. Extra bonus, it was an all woman’s staff.

Jessica is super friendly and always so delicate and efficient with her cleanings. She makes the entire experience comfortable and easy!
