Grafton Family Dental

We have been patients at Grafton Family Dentist for about 15 years now. We love the staff, and appreciate all that Dr. Joseph does for our family. Our children have all grown up under Dr. Joseph's capable and watchful eye, and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the care that we receive. The bright and clean office is small, allowing us to connect with the staff. The office staff remembers our preferred days and times, and always has suggestions that fit within the boundaries of our busy schedules. They are extremely responsive and accommodating in emergent situations, and go above and beyond for their patients.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Joseph for well over five years for general dental checkups as well as some extensive and challenging restorative work. Dr. Joseph is very knowledgeable and a skilled dentist. In addition to being a skilled dentist, Dr. Joseph will take whatever time is necessary for communicating with us about our dental health. She is thorough and wholistic. I don't see her because she's nice (even though she is), I see her because I get the best care possible with her. The office has a pleasant atmosphere too - Everyone seems to be on the same page - friendly and helpful, from her dental assistant to her receptionist. And this is not something you would normally mention about a dentist but the office decor is noticeably beautiful, like they hired an interior decorat

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Joseph now for over 10 years. She is not only a skilled dentist, she is also a caring healthcare provider. She tends to her patients the same way she would her own family. I can honestly say, even after having many cleanings, a couple crowns and other procedures, I have never felt any pain. On several occasions Dr. Joseph has written referrals for specialized treatment in very short notice. Dr. Joseph also hires the best. The office manager is very efficient and friendly. All dental assistants are experienced. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Joseph and her entire team.

I have never been so disrespected by a medical professional as I was by Dr. Joseph. I have anxiety about going to the dentist and being treated with extreme rudeness does not help , she belittled me in front of her dental assistant (which was a very sweet compassionate women). Dr. Joseph has been rude to both my husband and myself in the past but I gave her the benefit of doubt and went back. I will now be looking for a new dentist as will several of my family members.

My family and I have been going to Dr.Jospehs office for over a decade. She has been giving regular checkups to both my wife and kids. Great service. My kids have been going there since they were little and she offers a family friendly service that ensures everyone feels comfortable. I definitely recommend this dental office to anyone who wants a clean and inviting experience.
