Grady Urgent Care Center

I have had multiple visits in 2025, and my overall experience has been very good. The doctors, nurses, and staff are very caring. Depending on the number of patients in the queue, the wait times can be a bit longer - but the wait is worth it. Test results come back in reasonable time.

Literally one person in the lobby and it’s 6:57 mph and they are saying they are closed I’ve been here in the evening and this is not the first time I’ve seen them do something like this with 4 people in the whole clinic I’ve seen them lock the doors a little after seven it’s sad they don’t ever wanna do their job here .. def recommend piedmont over Grady’s any day customer service beater and they treat your emergencies as urgent

Unexpected visit to urgent care while I was looking for a Grady Dental clinic, with whom I had conversed days before my visit. At the glass door before entering the clinic was a kiosk, a security guard, and a woman behind a desk answering questions. At that point, I was told I was in the right place and directed to use the kiosk I was standing next to. I registered my son and then we entered the building and sat after being wanded down by security and bags checked. During the visit with the doctor, she seemed focused on not caring for my son. Just a quick exam of his mouth and writing down her assessment. The urgency was to get us out rather than care for my son's immediate situation. Just a quick resolution with antibiotics for a non-infected tooth. I urged her about his condition and how

I saw 3 people back to back. Didn't even have time to use the restroom before I was called. Amazing service! Wow! Got x-ray, vitals checked, blood drawn all within 30 minutes.
