I had an excellent experience at Grace point Urgent Care! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and made check-in quick and easy. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The nurse and provider were both very professional and caring — they took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood my treatment plan. I really appreciated how thorough and compassionate they were. It’s not always easy when you’re not feeling well, but the entire team made the visit smooth and stress-free. I left feeling cared for and confident in the care I received. I highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone who needs fast, quality medical attention!

I had my first panic attack back in November and we went to a different urgent care and they said for me to go to another one because they couldn’t do anything for me there. So I went and it was AMAZING, didn’t take a long time and they are very reassuring:). So time passes and I’ve been having mini attacks and yesterday it was just super bad so I decided to go again and just like last time it was AMAZING, Osiel is an amazing guy and he didn’t make me feel judged or anything like that. And don’t even get me started on Maria the front desk receptionist /medical assistant she’s so nice. The 2 times I’ve seen her it feels like I’m hanging out with one of my friends ( just not the usual hangout) but I really recommend if you need somewhere to go last minute even if it’s late because they are o

I had an awesome experience at Grace Point Urgent Care! I was in and out in about an hour, which was super convenient. The staff was really friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. All my questions were answered clearly, and they made sure I understood everything before I left. Everything went smoothly — quick, professional, and perfect service.My family and I definitely recommend this place! Dr Mazzani, and Dr.Perez, tysm for everything! 🤗

This staff was genuine and treated with care and kindness. Not only was the hours of operation a huge help but they called in pretty quickly and tested in 10 minutes! Wow. The provider is thorough and very knowledgeable. Good to have that trust in someone that actually cares. Great service overall.

Wonderful staff! PA Osiel Perez has excellent bedside manners and will not only take the time to explain treatment, but will also ensure that you understand and will not leave until all of your questions have been answered. Service was swift, insurance verification was simple, and they stay open until 12 a.m. Highly recommended!
