I had the honor of getting a knee replacement performed on 11/18/25. The prep, operation and completion of Day 0 could not have been better. Staff and accommodations were top notch. However, the bell rang with change of shift, everything went south. I didn’t feel well enough after writing the first review, so I took a picture of the review website in order to complete later. When I got ready to write completed reviews, my access had disappeared. This is what happened on my second day . I rang the buzzer to get an ice pack on my incision. 10 minutes later an aide arrives and informs me that the night shift does not provide ice packs after dark, because of an issue with a previous patient experiencing freeze burn. I did the research on full knee replacement therapy prior to procedure

I recently had day surgery preformed in October. This was my first surgery here and it was a GREAT experience. Everyone was very professional and helpful from check-in, pre-op, post-op, nurses and aids. The hospital is only a few years old, so the facility is extremely nice and clean. It also had the best hospital bed I've been in the last few years. Will definitely come back here if given the chance to chose a facility.

Dr Ramsey is an awesome surgeon and I trust him.thoroughly . The care was horrible , the nurses were horrible and had no.empathy . One.nurse brought meds in for another lady and insisting that I was her . I did preop.with Brooklyn and she had none of my medication allergies listed or the meds that I take daily . Meds.were listed that I took years ago and no longer take . She said she removed them but didnt . Worse hospital care I have ever had . And to add to it the food was just as bad ....horrible. I finally ask for peanut butter and crackers because I have hypoglycemia and needed something. Thank goodness I have a good Dr .

Dr Burkhokder was awesome. Had surgery there and all the staff is amazing. I recommend this hospital to everyone. Has the friendliest nurses! Everyone there was amazing. My sons is fixing to have surgery there and I’m so grateful for that. Thank you all!!

Horrible!!!! You’d think with this brand new nice facility that they would be better equip and more efficient! NOPE! My grandmother was told be there at 10 for surgery mind you it’s literally a 5 min surgery, the nurse or no one even came into her room for 3 hours after she got there and she was not taken back for surgery until 3:15 5 hours after she arrived! Someone was supposed to speak with us after she was out of surgery or almost out and no one came and said a words awful place!
