I love Dr. O. I've been seeing her for a few years. However, her front desk staff needs drastic improvements. Ms. Silds is so rude. Although she is seasoned, she is unwelcoming and unprofessional. The way she communicates with the patients is baffling. She is completely unapproachable and when speaking with her, she rushes the process or act/look as if you are bothering her. The front desk is the face of the office. Dr. O is a great doctor and often teaches med students. Ms. Silds however does not make the patients visits pleasurable. I honestly recommend professional developmental training for her, to improve the way she communicates with Dr.O's patients. As the face, she is bad for business until she improves.

Extremely professional bedside manners. Dr O is friendly, empathetic and very approachable. This is my first time visiting, and I’m happily making her practice my go to as my primary care doctor. Thank you Dr.O.

Rude and careless! Initially I was excited to be seen by someone that looks like me but I was in for a rude awakening! For starters, my appointment was at 2:30p, wasn’t called back for 30 minutes. Once I finished the initial check-in I had to wait another 30 minutes to be seen. Doctor kept cutting me off as I was giving medical history. I called in today to get a prescription filled, they opened at 8am; no answer till 8:45a. I was told the doctor wasn’t in the office but they would rely the message as she saw the request in my file. I was told to call again before noon if my pharmacy hadn’t contacted me yet. I called back as instructed and spoke with an older receptionist; rude! Had an appointment for 10am, saw the doctor almost two hours later. I am assuming Dr. Fidelia Osinubi is a teaching practice, as she had a Dr. who is doing his residency. I think as a first time patient, I should have saw just her. The Dr. Was nice enough but between the wait time and never being able to speak to someone in the front desk area when you call... I would not recommend.

I absolutely loved her. If you’re looking for a doctor who is very open and unfront with you regarding your issues, she’s it. She lets you know her concerns and gives you solutions and goals to help resolve them. I was referred to her by a friend & it’s the best decision I’ve made. She’s amazing. She listened to my concerns, gave me valid and sound advise and she was very frank in doing so. And I appreciated it. She’s a breath of fresh air. I had the first appointment of the day and overall it was an hour in the office start to finish.
