Grace Health Pharmacy - Medical Campus

If I could I would not even give this place a star. This place is a joke and a nightmare. My child medicine got sent over yesterday so they had time to fill it. I’m pick it up the next day and it will take more the 15 minutes just to find the item slap a label on it and stick it in the bag. Like really? And another time I had to stand in line and wait for ever just to get to the window just to try to pick up my medicine which wasn’t even filled so me and my kids had to wait a freaken hour in the lobby. Boy I was mad. I trued to give this place a shot and will not be coming back. Do better!

Our pharmacy recently merged with grace health. Trying to get prescriptions from them is a nightmare! It takes days to get them and at least 30 minutes standing in line to pick them up. They are so disorganized that I worry about getting the right medications. This was not our choice, they just sent our records over to them. We are now having to get all new prescriptions sent to our new pharmacy. I would never go back there!

I would give them a zero but there isn't anyway to do so. They sure need to take the name Grace off there cause they don't represent the Grace of God at all. and he sees all and knows all.

This place is horrible I’m pulling all my stuff from there. For sure was told meds would be ready in couple hours. Then when I went to pick them up six hours later still had to wait for them to fill it. And they keep there phones shut off. Don’t think the new system is working to well for them. A iOS this place like the plague.

This place is a joke!!!! I called about prescriptions that was to be filled. They said let me check, an proceeded to place me on hold for an hour and 25 minutes. Then after that time they hung up. When I called back, I was told they was in a meeting. Was given a option to call back at a later time. Built a new facility for "professionals" and get nonprofessional performance.
