Gove County Medical Center

If I could give Gove Medical Center 50 stars I would. My daughter was very sick, dehydrated and scared. I arrived at 0400 on a Sunday. The staff immediately saw her, made her comfortable and had the Doctor attending in 10 minutes. She got fluids, X-rays, medicine and even a teddy bear. Nurse Amber even stayed with her and held her hand when I pulled the cat around to leave. The BEST medical facility I have ever been to. Thank you so much for taking care of my princess!!!

I had planned on having a home birth, but went into labor a few days short of 38 weeks, and my midwife was out of town. I waddled into GCMC ER 9cm dilated. The staff was seamless in their response and how they cared for me. I was adamant about having a natural birth, and that wish came true. My baby girl arrived about an hour later. We were given so much privacy and respect. Words couldn’t express how grateful I am to have been gifted something so precious as a positive birth experience. Forever my heart will remember. During this last year, I was needing assistance with some financial services and unsure where to begin or how to get things started. I was put in contact with Peggy Ritter. Through the entire process, Peggy was there from start to finish in helping me contact assistance, what steps to take, documents I needed to be able to submit all the necessary information, and even made phone calls to ensure the help I needed was completed, accomplished, and finished within a timely manner. They almost killed my brother-in-law they told him because he doesn't have insurance they can't take care of him he has brain cancer and was really bad not being able to see and the nurse was really rude she wears glasses she told him I'm not doing nothing for free if you don't have insurance you can die I'll just let you sit there

Don't know where I would be without Dr Shelley she did a wonderful job with my last pregnancy and csection and my current condition of helping me stay healthy!
