Dr. Yannam and his team at Community Hospital in Toms River were very informative, kind and compassionate leading into and thereafter with the removal of my gallbladder. Each of my questions and concerns were answered by all encountered, making such a surgery as comfortable as possible. Dr. Yannam's bedside manner and his checking in on me prior to discharge was absolutely genuine that I highly recommend placing your trust in Dr. Yannam and his team (in both hospital and office settings) for general surgery needs!

Not a fan. Had to get emergency surgery so I was forced to use him. In the OR, before I had anesthesia, it was liking watching the three stooges between him and two nurses. My IV broke, dropped items(idk what) and just not courteous. Felt trapped in the OR for the first time ever. I’ve had numerous surgeries before and I’ve never felt that way. He told me in pre-op he wasn’t sure which type of hernia surgery I would be getting but would let me know in post-op. Never showed up in post-op and I was wide awake. It’s not like I was sleeping. So when the nurses later asked me over and over again what hernia surgery, I kept answering, “I don’t know, he never told me.”…. Now for the Follow up two weeks later. I show up to the office in Brick(I live 30 minutes away) with my two young children. The
