Gousse Urology

Dr. Gousse is very good Doctor; however, some of his staff are very rude to patients especially the Spanish lady who seats on the right side of his front desk. She doesn’t know how to speak to patients especially back patients. She has a terrible attitude towards patients. She is the front line his office and she is giving the office bad reputation. She needs to know that she is dealing with sick patients who already frustrated and patients money to come see doctor Gousse. The money patients are paying ended up paying her salary. Without patients she would not have her job. It is ridiculous the way she treats people. Wow! It’s a shame! Management needs to look at her behavior and attitude with black patients.

I first visited Dr. Gousse for a prostate exam, when I mentioned that I had recently found out, I was severely diabetic, and my energy was low, he recommended a testosterone replacement therapy program. I have been on this program with Dr. Gousse now for almost 5 years and my energy levels have improved immensely and my A1c is low enough that I’m no longer diabetic – largely due to the testosterone replacement therapy program.
