Gotlieb Hearing Center

I ordered my hearing aid batteries about two weeks ago and they told me they’d be in within 2-3 business days. Well it’s been longer than that and I still have yet to receive them. I called today to see what was going on and to let them know I’ve been without my hearing aids for the past week & all I got was attitude and made to feel bad because this is a “courtesy thing” to ship them out . Worst customer service I have ever received . If this wasn’t the only place my insurance would cover I would find someone else immediately . Do not recommend whatsoever . If you have the opportunity to , go elsewhere .

My siblings and I have been in contact with Miriam at The Gotlieb Hearing Center several times during the past week regarding the insurance that our mother has on her 10 year old hearing aids. We have been paying for the insurance for several years now, as we were advised by the Center that although moms hearing aids were old, due to the severity of her hearing loss, new hearing aids would not be beneficial and that insurance( which we pay through their office) would be the best thing to do in case of damage/loss. In the beginning of July, we once again received a notice from Gotlieb Hearing Center that it was time to renew the insurance, so we did. This is a very good center. Appointments are kept sharp. Stuff is knowledgeable, carrying, and positive. They Madigan insurance well. What else can you ask? I enjoy my interacting with this hearing center.

Please stay away from this place. I have an elderly father that gets his hearing aids from here only because they provide low cost assistance and now I understand why the regular staff there is nice but I had a call with the audiologist that I've never spoken to before and immediately was being loud and rude she immediately called with an attitude for no reason because things have been difficult with my father and his hearing aids from this location putting all the blame on him and me which is very unfair My father will not be going back to this location

Exceptionally professional, knowledge, and willing to accommodate with a great team of people who appreciate customer service. Highly recommend them as the best audiologists I've visited in NJ.
