If you can get your strips filled, it would be great, but then they tell you they don’t have the medication and you have to call around somewhere else with it is not a personal responsibility to do the searching it is theirs and the doctor the place has gone to the dogs Under new management it has went downhill fast the owner to get things straightened around here or he’s gonna lose a lot of business. Been on the phone right now over five minutes just to find out if they going to bring the other half of the medication that’s craziness waiting that long , then they will probably say they’re out and probably won’t have none till next week. Glad I’m not on medicine that affects my heart medication.

Professional shouldn't be in the business name. Nothing about this business is professional. Don't have meds when they say they will, have long waits on the phone or hangs up on you and long wait in person. Pharmacist was rude and impolite. Not truthful about getting my scripts from another pharmacy or about transferring them when they couldn't get certain scripts filled

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever stepped into. The shelves are barren, the environment is terrible and on top of that both times I’ve gone in I’ve heard the workers talking down to their own patients… their business is fraudulent and I will certainly not let my family get prescriptions or buy stuff here any longer.

I needed a magic mouthwash originally sent to another larger pharmacy who didn't have anyone to mix I called Goreville pharmacy they said have the script sent here and we will have it ready in an hour which was close to their closing time. Pleasant staff and nice family business .

We are new to the Goreville area, actually this is our 3rd year. Love the people and its beautiful lake that we live by. We used to pick our meds in the Chicago area due to my Doctor I've used for the last 27 years is where his practice is. I know I could find a dr here, but after so many years he knows me and my problem! Due to the insurance rules we used to have to wait a few day's for my meds to clear. It wasn't a problem because we still owed a house up there. Well, we sold it and had no place to stay! This was a BIG problem and Goreville Professional Phamarcy saved US!! I thought I would have a hard time getting my Meds, but Matt made it so easy and solved our problem. Thank you Matt and his wonderful employees for taking care of us!
