Theresa was a great help with me and my pet cat the other day. She gave excellent service in providing what information I needed in setting up with my appointment. Very kind and professional.

Sploot isn’t my regular vet, but my vet wanted an astronomical amount of money to put my sweet baby boy of 16 years down, so I went to Sploot. Of course I was so devastated and sad and scared. My heart was broken. The team and the doctor at this place were so kind, so sympathetic, and so supportive, I can’t put it into words how grateful I am for their gentle care and kindness. The card they sent was personalized even though they met us once and I teared up reading it. Thank you all for being so wonderful. Please go see them if you’re looking for amazing people that love what they do ❤️

Really amazing how badly they fumbled me as a client, much less as a human being. They trick you into their "wellness plan" which is basically just your yearly spend spread out into semi-equal payments. Most of it is not needed, you could just pay for it as you go and is simply an avenue for them to siphon money out of you. DENTAL CLEANING - Part of the deal is that you're paying for certain services, one of which happens to be a dental cleaning. A front desk receptionist happily told me I would be unable to schedule a dental cleaning, a service I paid for, because my wellness plan was expiring. As to why that mattered at all is lost on me: I paid for the service, I should receive the service in kind, regardless of whether or not the wellness plan is expiring. - If I had known you'd have

I love GoodVets! They're always so accommodating and answer all my questions about my pet. The staff is incredibly friendly and always takes great care of my furry friend. They're proactive about educating me and go above and beyond to ensure my pet is well cared for. I feel confident my pet is in good hands with them! And I love that they have resident cat Kiwi!!!! She is super friendly and adorable !!!

I will refer absolutely anyone and everyone I know to their nearest GoodVets! I’ve been taking my pup Lando ever since we rescued him. Their staff is so patient, warm, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They are always transparent with pricing so you are never pushed into treatments wondering about how much it will cost. I now take my in-law's dog, Lily, to GoodVets after many bad experiences with her previous vet. I was so worried after seeing her in major distress, previous vets could not treat her for fear of hurting herself or someone else. I’m not exaggerating when I say the GoodVets team are literal angels and worked a miracle with Lily. She now has 2 positive experiences at the vet with no doubt many more to come!!
