Goodrich Dental

I was looking for a honest density with excellent work ethics for almost 3 years, and my first visit with Dr Goodrich and his mom was amazing. I can’t say enough great things about them. However I don’t know what the deal is with the front desk. They first gave me an appt card. I went in the day of my first appointment, then the check in clerk tells my my appt was at 10 not 3pm and that she has to reschedule. I was dumbfounded. I went to me car grabbed my appt card and showed her that 3 pm was my appt . All she said was “ well I’m sorry not sure how that happened but here is your new appt card, see you in 3 weeks” mind you I had an infection in my tooth that needed to be extracted so I went home and came back 3 weeks later. I have not been to a dentist in years. I had the best experience on 10/27. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I'm actually looking forward to my future appointments

I have been going to this establishment for years now. Staff is always pleasant and respectful. Goodrich Dental does an amazing job on your teeth!!!
