GoodMed Pharmacy

I would give this business zero stars if possible. I was told by my Doctor I would be contacted in 3-5 days by the pharmacy after my prescription was written. At 6 days, I began to call the pharmacy. After 2 days and no less than 10 calls, they finally answered the phone only to say they never received the prescription. Frustrated, I called my Doctor to explain what was going on. The following was my Doctors response…. “GoodMed turned into an absolute nightmare. They don’t answer their phones and tell patients they’re gonna get back with them and never do!! I stopped using them.” My Doctor had to re-write my prescription to another pharmacy. In my opinion, this pharmacy is not only unprofessional, they put people’s lives at risk.

I was only at Goodmed Pharmacy long enough to get a vaccine, but it was one of the cleanest pharmacies I’ve seen! Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you!

Set up an appointment to get a covid booster here and there was no one there. Waited an hour because the sign said they were on their lunch break (during my appointment) but no one ever showed, waited for an hour and a half.

The pharmacy is the pitts. I asked for the owner's contact information so I could report them but didn't receive it.
