The front office staff was an absolute pleasure to work with. They quickly scheduled both my husband and me with Dr. Pennycook, which we truly appreciated. Dr. Pennycook took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and provided clear, effective recommendations for treating my eczema. He also ensured my prescription was sent promptly and delivered the very next day. Overall, it was a seamless and excellent experience from start to finish.

Dr P and his staff are nothing short of AMAZING! He answered every question I had and I never felt pressured to do or purchase anything like I did at my old dermatologist! They were all super friendly and caring and thanked me numerous times for becoming a patient there! I saw him as an emergency visit because my old dermatologist couldn’t see me for 4 weeks (my rash surely would’ve been gone by then!) I am DEFINITELY changing to Dr P and that’s saying something because it is an hour and 15 min drive one way to his office! 10 out of 10 for sure!

Dr. Pennycook and his staff were very kind and attentive. He listened to my concerns, explained everything well, and the office staff was helpful and friendly. Making the appointment online was easy. The office, staff, and Dr. Pennycook are all amazing!

First the front office reception team is awesome. Warm welcome greeting. Brenden the ME was great but Dr. Pennycook is the best!!!! Answered every question and made sure I understood why it was important to me.

I have moved up to the Cumming area last year. I had been going to GOODMAN Dermatology in East Cobb. Was very happy and pleased with the entire staff. The move made it too far to go so I was thrilled to hear they had opened a new office on Peachtree Parkway and Ronald Regan. Right around the corner from 400. SO convenient! I can just tell you how nice everyone in this office is. The PA Carly Singletary was very thorough, made me feel comfortable and was more than competent in her examination. She gave me the time needed to answer all my questions too. hey had all my paperwork which helped make check in and out so quick and easy. Anyone in this area, give them a try, I highly recommend them.
