Just don't... Fine if your dogs never have issues, otherwise your concerns will go unheard and your dog will end up on a food (Dr. Prescribed) that it's allergic to FOR YEARS (under dr.'s orders) because none of the staff would listen to the symptoms... May seem like a fiscally responsible clinic but then will squeeze you financially in other ways. Try Dr. Beam before this clinic. Elizabeth is literally THE BEST and I hope she realizes that she can do better than this clinic.

I took my dog there a couple of weeks ago and thought that Dr Couches bedside manner was almost rude, but thought maybe he was having a bad day. My husband took her for a follow up appointment today and said he will never take her back. My husband likes everyone and couldn't believe the way he was spoken to by Dr. Couch when all he was doing was trying to get information about the next steps for our baby. No kindness whatsoever.

Dr. Couch and all the staff are amazing. Very reasonable pricing on services, educated, and takes the time to explain issues and solutions. I had an older diabetic dog and Dr. Couch saved his life. It took us about two months to level out his blood sugar and he lived another 3-4 years after diagnosed, which is rare. I can’t say enough about this place. Been going for years and only vet I trust.

Dr. Couch is a great guy with a genuine love for animals. He does everything in the best interest of your pet, and doesn't recommend anything unnecessary. The office staff here is outstanding too. My female Shepherd can be a bit timid around new people and I can't think of a time she was uncomfortable around them. His office can do titer testing for vaccinations too. It took me a long time to find a vet for my guys living in Columbus, and I'll miss them greatly now that I'm moving to MN.
