Outstanding Care and Compassionate Team We are extremely grateful for the exceptional care our child received during surgery at this hospital. From admission to discharge, the entire medical team was professional, kind, and reassuring. The paediatric surgeons explained every step clearly and patiently, which helped ease our anxiety as parents. The nursing staff were incredibly gentle, attentive, and supportive, making our child feel safe and comfortable at all times. The hospital environment was clean, well-organized, and truly child-friendly. Post-surgery care and follow-up instructions were thorough and reassuring. We highly recommend this hospital for paediatric surgical care and thank the entire team for treating our child with such care and respect.

The team at Good Samaritan Hospital helped save my life, and I’m incredibly grateful. From the doctors to the nurses, aides, and cleaning staff, everyone treated me with compassion, respect, and professionalism during one of the hardest moments of my life. Their behaviors felt all natural and not forced, or even work like. The nurses, in particular, were exceptionally attentive, kind, and guided me through my surgeries. Thank you to everyone at Good Samaritan for the care you provide. I’ll never forget it.

My beloved Aunt was recently taken here after a medical event and sadly died here. The staff did everything they could to help her and keep her comfortable. A security guard even escorted my elderly, disabled father into the hospital after he was having trouble navigating the parking early in the morning. My mother also received cancer treatment here in the early 2000s and her team went above and beyond as well. Surprised to see negative reviews.

My wife and I had our first baby at Good Samaritan Hospital, and we had an amazing experience with the Labor and Delivery team. The induction took about 30 hours, but the nurses Kate, Alyssa, and Carly were absolutely amazing. They were kind, patient, and supportive every step of the way. We seriously couldn’t have made it through without them. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the unit was calm and professional. We also had a nice view of the Great South Bay. Even when things got intense, we always felt safe and cared for. The hospital food was actually pretty good too. That said, placing an order over the phone could take up to 30 minutes sometimes. In this day and age, an online ordering system would really help. When you're running on no sleep, waiting to ge

My brother was sent here by his primary for testing this past Wednesday. Spent 2 1/2 days in the ED. The care he received there let alone after being admitted is not even on a scale of quality care. For a Catholic hospital it’s sad to see the way patients are treated it should I say not treated. My brother finally got to have the testing done that he went for , all along he was going to be admitted and sent to a floor to be evaluated. After his test yesterday he was told he was discharged and then readmitted. There are consistent story conflicts on his care and current condition. I called to speak to his nurse and was told I could not speak to the nurse. I AM A POINT OF CONTACT. I asked to speak to a charge nurse only to be denied. I asked the secretary her name and she hung up on me. If
