Good Samaritan Towers I

I’m surprise, the concept in living area is good, the apartment complex have an elevator good capacity, I saw maintenance in the areas, the community center looks nice!

I attended a graduation party here for my friend's nephew. The parking lot is extremely small. We were lucky a health care worker was leaving or we wouldn't have found a parking spot at all. I didn't see the entire complex, just the cafeteria area where the party was held. It was a pretty large venue with plenty of windows.

Although the rehab specialists are good and nice, the daily care for my mom in March 2107 was horrible. She couldn't walk and, in spite of repeated requests, they did not put the call button in her reach. She was helpless in her bed or wheel chair. They put diapers on her as they didn't get to her in time to help her to the bathroom. They did not provide adequate nutrition assistance, not giving her ensure. When I pushed her button or she did, the wait for care was generally 20 minutes and never less than 5 minutes. I saw others with no one there visiting wait even longer. There is no security even, as the desk up front was almost never occupied. Guests, outside caregivers, etc. would stand waiting till another visitor or someone walked by to direct them. No one ever questioned me go

Nice folks. Pretty facilities with elevators for multi levels. Pretty nice facility.
