Good Day Pharmacy

NADYNE is the lead pharmacy tech at Good Day Pharmacy on Lemay. I am awe-struck at the length she went to in order to find the answer to a question I had regarding my free delivery payment. My invoice was printed in a way that appeared to charge me for each of my meditations. Nadyne was as puzzled as I was. She took the time to go through my orders and double check whether or not I was charged for my last seven deliveries. That’s seven months worth! It turns out, it was simply the way the invoice printed out, and I had the privilege of not paying anything for my deliveries at all. She then took the time to call me back and reassure me that all is well. This customer service doesn’t exist anywhere else.

Still waiting for my meds. My doctor sent in script for a compounded med, the pharmacy called me for payment and said my medication would be in the following week. I waited one week and didn’t hear anything. I called and at first they made it sound like I didn’t have a med ordered and I explained that I had been charged for it the previous week. They put me on hold got back on and said it would be another 1-2 days. I called again 2 days later, they then told my order didn’t get put in initially when I paid for it and it was going to be a few more days. It’s been a total of two weeks now and I’m still waiting for the medication I paid for….

Worst experience ever. Never got the meds. Two calls about them wanting to be paid. Then they double charged me and didn't even know it. No communication from them at all about when the compounded meds were available. Called Friday 2/13 and got a story that UPS delivered to the UPS store across the parking lot and no one knew it for three days! Not refrigerated so no good. They did not automatically reorder so I cancelled the order and was told there would be a refund. One week later, no refund yet. Called again today 2/20 and got another story. Had my bank file a payment dispute. Wouldn't go into a Good Day Phamacy for anything ever. Had a problem with the location in Wellington several years ago as well. I have been filling my prescriptions here for over 15 years and this pharmacy used to be amazing. Very fast, personalized care and amazing service. It felt like the friendly neighborhood pharmacy but in the past couple years it has gone downhill—fast. No longer do they remember my name or acknowledge my presence at the counter but I come back multiple times a day just to stand in line forever just to find out “it’s still not ready”. I would hate to go somewhere else but I feel like at this point anywhere is better than here. After a surgery or while you are sick you shouldn’t have to go through so much trouble to get your medications.

Horrible!!!!!! Do not go here if you want good service, the manager Patrick is really rude and seemed uninterested in helping. The place is so disorganized and horribly managed. Do not go here if you are looking to get your prescription without hassle.
