I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience for others. There were multiple occasions where I waited over an hour to be seen for my appointment. In addition, there was an issue regarding a missed follow-up call. When I tried to explain that it can be difficult to know when to be available if a more specific timeframe isn’t provided, the conversation became defensive and I was repeatedly told that I simply needed to be available. I was also told that if I miss a call, I should leave a voicemail. However, when I attempted to call back, the line did not direct me to a voicemail inbox and instead continued ringing without an option to leave a message. I have been talking my children here for almost 20 years. Doctor. Gomethi is a kind and thorough physician. I highly recommend this practice.
