O-M-G 😱😱🤯💝❤️ I cannot express the gratitude I feel for this pharmacy, and I hate myself for not remembering the kind lady’s name I spoke to on 9/16/2025 but she was amazing. I work a very weird shift and have kids with different schedules so when they offered to drop off my prescription (that I so vitally need) at my house, I was so relieved 😌 will be using them long term. Thank you!

The pharmacist Dr Nikki Brodneaux refused to help with my child’s epilepsy medication and threatened to call law enforcement. If something happens to my son due to her incompetence and not doing her job correctly I will hold her and CVS responsible. We left 2 messages early during the day and not one phone call back when it says someone will call you within 1 hour.

The worst customer service. Front attendant that name starts with a "J" provided 5 different excuses on why she was rude to my elderly parent over the phone. I contact the Pharmacy today answering a message left on my parent voicemail. She continue to assure that there was a balance, and then reply is an error of the system, but she did not agree with and will call back after verifying with some system department. I have personally and previously visit the pharmacy in person to take care of such amount due and the person at the front desk told there was NO BALANCE DUE in the system. This "J" person needs to be retrained or obtain some better Customer Service skills. Have been using this pharmacy for a few years now without any problems. The pharmacist and the two sisters are always a pleasure to interact with. They offer FREE delivery which is nice for those who work or can't physically make it in to pickup their prescription. That's something you can't get from a big chain. EVERY PHARMACY screws the pooch sometimes especially big ones. So the complaints in this thread mean nothing ESPECIALLY when CVS and WALGREENS have thousands of them and if you came in everyday they wouldn't remember your name let alone your face ! This one I visit monthly and I am always greeted with a smile. Everytime I come they don't even ask they just pick up my bag and walk to register! I highly recommend this place

This place is not committed to servicing it patients. My medication couldn't be filled because it's on back order. They said they would let me know when it arrives. I Have gone 2 months without my medication. I call to inquiry and they say they can fill my medication, completely ignoring my question when I asked WHEN did the medication arrive. I live on the opposite side of town, closer to their Lake Mary location. They have always had courier to take the meds to lake mary. now they want me to drive almost an hour out my way to pick up a medication they failed to fill. I do not recommend them. In fact the ONLY reason I continue using them is because I have no other choice. But the minute that changes, they will lose me as a customer.
