Golden Hill Post Acute Care

I decided to check out Golden Hill Post Acute after the remodel, as it was quite the hype in the community. I can say I'm glad I did! Was a site to see! Very bright, spacious & welcoming. The modern touches really makes the place come to life. I sensed the renewed energy. Everyone wants to feel "at home" & I think Golden Hill executed that while considering the population they serve. - Cheers

This building just reopened June 20th 2025 after getting a major renovation. It is an absolutely beautiful building, best in San Diego! The administrator of this facility and the staff have been phenomenal. Highly recommend this facility for your loved one!

Golden Hills Post Acute Care is a great place for your loved one. The staff is warm, patient, and always willing to help. The building feels welcoming, and the team works hard to make sure patients feel comfortable and supported. The facility just got remodeled and looks beautiful. If your family is looking for a skilled nursing facility, Golden Hills is a place to rehabilitate.

This post-acute nursing home is clean, organized, and well cared for. The staffs are very kind, respectful, and attentive to residents’ needs. The rooms and common areas are neat, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and supportive. I would definitely recommend this facility.

This place is horrible I would not recommend it to any loved one to stay here. The staff lies to you they do not communicate right. They had my loved one in a diaper and he does not even wear them, he's hungry alot like he's not getting fed the proper portion. I actually seen the portion size and he's not on a diet so they gave him a size smaller than a kid's meal. He's been up there two weeks they have not washed his clothes, he do not get his showers on the days you are supposed to be showered. They do not change his clothes he lays around in dirty clothes. When I brought it to their attention that's when they wanted to make a change, he told me he was left outside for 2 hours and I think because they think he has a memory problem they can pull my leg but what they don't know is he's pul
