My 7 month old had an allergy on egg and was vomiting pretty badly. I called Golden Gate Pediatrics to ask to bring the baby for a check. The lady who picked up the phone, instead of saying bring the baby immediately for a check started checking the insurance. This is so inhuman!!! We are at the emergency room now and thanks God here doctors took a good care of her. But Golden Gate Pediatrics doesn’t have heart and baby is only 7 month old.
They are very prompt and proactive. Great about scheduling for acute issues. Responsive through the portal.
