Wonderful facility! They have a longevity of staff that is hard to come by in Skilled Nursint Facilities. The Administrator, Cametrice, has been with the facility well beyond a decade and is very involved. Brie in Sales and Marketing has been there for years and is one of the kindest people you’ll meet. I could go on and on about Cheryl, Fran, and Mya the Social Worker who is abundantly helpful. They take good care of the their patients and keep residents engaged with plentiful activities.

Caring staff, clean facility, and a warm atmosphere. Every time Concho Hearts Hospice walks in the door we’re greeted with a smile. You can tell the residents are genuinely cared for. Highly recommend!

I am a licensed professional guardian of the local courts and have been visiting my Wards at Golden Creek in the Memory Care Unit at least 2 times a month for close to 2 years. Every visit has been positive and any minor concerns I have had have been addressed in a timely manner and appropriately. I appreciate all the hard work that the staff at Golden Creek does everyday to make the resident’s lives happier. Your efforts do not go unnoticed. My husband and I are extremely grateful for the outstanding care provided at this facility. During my father-in-law's two-month stay prior to his passing, the staff consistently demonstrated compassion and excellence. Their touching tribute when the funeral home arrived, lining the hall, raising their hands, and playing a song, was a meaningful experience for my husband.
