I tried going here but had terrible customer service. They never confirmed my appointment with me or sent me reminders then said they were going to charge me for a missed appointment. We were told by Rebecca that they don’t always give reminders and then were told by Dr Ermilio that they did send a reminder. I have no messages from them in my phone. They were not willing to waive this fee for the miscommunication. They say they pride themselves on premium quality, honesty, and sincerity but my experience lacked these. They would rather make a quick buck than have a long term client.
