They made the process of getting my prescriptions quick and hassle-free, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer. Their personalized approach and attention to detail really set them apart. The best pharmacy I have ever been to. They are always friendly, often check after a course of meds to make sure I’m feeling ok and today when the power went out they went above and beyond to help me and many others to make sure we got our medicine as soon as possible. They send Christmas cards every season and in general just go above and beyond there. The pharmacist truly loves his profession and helping people and the staff are always wonderful. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Gold Hill pharmacy for over 10 years now and it has always been such an amazing experience. This experience is still just as amazing since changing hands to a new owner. Mike and his staff are so wonderful and always there to answer my questions and also do what's best and give me great advice about my healthcare. Implementing the new services like getting my medicines to all sync together so I can pick them up. All on the same day is beyond game changing. Thank you Mike and staff for everything that you do. The new pharmacist, Mike. At first was great. Then my dr sends in my prescriptions and says he will not be filling my anxiety meds anymore. So now he thinks he's a dr. MY DOCTOR clearly put me on those meds for a reason. If he wanted to be a dr, he should have went to school for it. Wish Alex was still there. Melissa, Sam, Susie, and Zoey are great. But when a pharmacist starts to decide whether or not hes gonna fill medications that MY DOCTOR called in, there's obviously an issue. As a pharmacist, he has no idea what my health problems are, so for him to take it upon himself to pick and choose what hes gonna fill, your messing with my health. And that's not ok at all. After receiving a call from Mike, their pharmacist and having a very delightful conversation with him about this specific issue, i have agreed to continue on with Gold Hill Pharmacy because of the continued enjoyable experiences I have had with them. It only proved to me that despite the recent owner change, the "personal touch" is still alive there!! Many thanks to Mike as I was not expecting a call regarding my last review. So thank you to Mike and Sam (she's the rock which that place holds onto) and the other people there who continue to care about the people that use your Pharmacy or just stop by to visit.
