Gold Country Hearing & Balance dba Redding Hearing Institute

I had an appointment to see Christa and was greeted by the staff at the front desk. They were very professional and friendly. I had my normal hearing test and my hearing had dropped tremendously and Christa became very concerned. She explained everything in detail so that I understood what was my next step. She was very patient, friendly and very helpful I feel very comfortable and confident that I will be taken care of. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this hearing institute.

The ladies at the front desk were polite and professional. The office was very clean, with information brochures readily available. The testing procedure was very easy, and instructions were all clear. They made the whole process super easy, i will definitely be using them in the future for hearing tests.
