I am 74 years or age and came in with a recurrence of very limiting back pain and sciatica. I just completed 29 PT sessions at this facility (Royal Palm Beach)and I am impressed beyond all expectation based on prior PT experiences. The staff are all welcoming and highly professional. I especially want to thank my therapist, Alex. I have to say he is uncommonly knowledgeable, patient, motivating, warm, and friendly. He always took the time to explain procedures and answer all my questions. The best part for me was he knew just when to push me past my comfort zone and when to choose less challenging interventions. I recently received about 2 months of physical therapy at The Royal Palm Beach Location. This is a professional and very caring medical facility. I would not be fair of me if I did not mention the names of these two therapists that assisted me with loving care: Lucy and Alex. To be honest, I was ready to give up finding a quality therapy company that really would address my injuries, which are very debilitating. I was recommended and referred by Cynthia Silvestre, NP at Conviva in Royal Palm Beach. I arrived at my appt and was greeted by Cayla at the frt desk, more about her in a sec. My therapist, David Pinero, took me back to his office, but watched my "shuffle" the entire time until I sat. He then did an exam on my lower body which was never even attempted at the other two facilities, and this exam diagnosed every problem I have had ongoing for 6 months plus. He then went over a list of exercises that should resolve all or most of my issues. I thanked him then went back to Cayla and set up my next 5 appointments to suit my schedule. The whole experience
