Gold Coast Physical Therapy

I started at Gold Coast in October 2025 before my hip replacement surgery December 4th. I graduated Feb 19. The exercises I performed got me ready for an easy surgical experience and faster post operative recovery. All the therapists were very knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. I felt the sessions were utilized well and tailored to my needs. Shout out to Josh director of the facility, Jen and Sophia for their exceptional treatment. I highly recommend Gold Coast for any occupational or physical therapy you might need.

I booked an appointment here for my client after being told that one-on-one PT was covered by their insurance. When my client showed up, they were told it actually wasn’t covered. This contradiction wasted three hours of my client’s time and reflects very poor communication.

Pillow neck pain on a scale from 1-10 is 50 and debilitating, first time in my life to have this happen. Yesterday, Day 2, decided to go to PT. Found these guys thru my ins co. Requested earliest possible appt and they gave me today at 8a. I was LUCKY enough to get Laura. She is a top PT. She asked a LOT of questions, zeroed in on the spot within 10-15 minutes and started to work her magic. Still in severe pain, but a little less now and much more mobility, which is super important. At least I have hope for a resolution now. The facility is clean, low-key, quiet when your head/neck/shoulder are all in pain. Part 2. Came back for two more days of treatment with Jen. My PT was at the Delray location and I’m very happy with my results. I worked mostly with Jennifer who gave me the helpful feedback and exercises to do for my hip and thigh pain. I am now almost pain free, able to walk without limping and sleeping better. Jennifer has a great personality and humorous which helps get thru PT as well. Patty

Today was my last day of pt at Fyzical- Gold Coast. I had chronic back pain. I have worked with Rachel for several weeks and I feel amazing. My back pain resolved fairly quickly and Rachel worked with me on strengthening exercise to keep me pain free. She listened, she challenged me. She had a way of making me feel like I could do it. I wanted to do it. Each week I felt better, and stronger. I know that I will need to continue to follow a regular program at home, but the idea of back pain returning is motivation. I have the tools now. Thank you Rachel for your care and kindness. Your wit and patience. I'm going to miss working with you. That's a good thing. I want to also say that the facility is clean and comfortable. They have equipment and tools to accommodate all levels
