Excellent service, highly recommend!!! I was a little bit nervous about this place since I got to see poor reviews but I can’t say enough of the quality and great customer service I received. I did not want to feel judge since I have a lot of work to do on my teeth. However, I felt very at peace and comfortable since the beginning. Jay was awesome 👏 and Shirley was extremely supportive explaining everything during the X-rays. Dr Menna is amazing, she extracted my tooth and during the surgery she made sure I was comfortable and pain free. I definitely sticking to this place and Dr Menna will be my Dentist from now on. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. In October 2023, I had a root canal here that took nearly FOUR hours and cost about $2,800. The office itself is extremely outdated, and so is the equipment. The entire experience felt old-fashioned and uncomfortable, and the procedure was far more painful and drawn out than it should have been. To make matters worse, the crown they made didn’t even fit properly and had to be adjusted just to get it on. Less than one year later, that same crown completely fell off. When I called this office to let them know, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They refused to see me to re-cement it. I am extremely disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism at Gold Coast Dental. My mom and dad had an appointment scheduled yesterday at 10 AM with both the dentist and the hygienist. They showed up on time, only to be told that neither the dentist nor the hygienist was available. Instead of honoring their scheduled appointment, the front desk staff simply pushed them to reschedule for next week. This is absolutely unacceptable. Patients arrange their schedules and take time out of their day to be on time for their appointments—it is the clinic’s responsibility to ensure the providers are available. Dr Tran is very understanding of any concerns you may have. Her work is exemplary And her Staff is professional and caring. Dr. Tran keeps her word. if she says she’s going to follow up with you later after one of her procedures that’s exactly what she’s going to do. She will keep calling you until she is able to talk to you. I love it.😂

I was visiting from out of state for work, had an unexpected dental emergency. I was able to quickly be seen could not be more thankful for my experience with this practice. Everyone was so kind, professional and got me taken care of within a few hours. To the staff, thank you again - you truly made this the best worst case scenario for me.
