Very considerate and professional. The doctor was very honest and down to earth. The assistant “Rose” was very compassionate and direct in answering all of my questions. The wait was short the space was clean and the TV set up is awesome!! It was my first time going and I have a final appointment awaiting as soon as my partial returns. I recommend going if you need someone to be honest, direct and compassionate. The other assistants were very helpful and nice. Costumer service is a 10!!

Update: I did get a better understanding of happened. I had Medicare at the time and they have agreements with certain dental practices, but Gold Coast was not one of those so they don’t reimburse most dentists very much for certain procedures. I don’t know why they didn’t just explain that. I’m sure he knew this because the place I was referred to are the only ones in this area that Medicare has an agreement with. I do understand it from his point of view, but it was not well handled. I had a very poor experience. I was told that I needed a procedure that would probably not be covered. He said he would file the claim, but to assume that it would be denied. He offered a great deal if I paid out of pocket and pressured me to fill out a financing application immediately. Everyone’s experience but I had a great and very pleasant experience going to the dental office. As soon as you walk-in, you are greeted by Rosè, is the most warmest and most friendliest receptionist/assistant you’ll ever meet. She makes you feel comfortable (especially if you haven’t been to the dentist in YEARS) and is very helpful with the questions I had about my insurance. I found Dr. SuSu to be very friendly. He was thorough and explained what procedures needed to be done on my teeth. Like others who have written a review he offered to help with other dental work that needed to be done. When I opted to go a different route he didn’t press the issue. If I wasn’t moving out of state, he would be my dentist. I highly recommend going to see Dr. SuSu.

I felt so comfortable with the staff at Gold Coast Dental. I loved the honesty of Dr.Susu. My root canal went well. Will always recommend this dentist. Lest I forget, “Rose” his assistant was very caring and personable during my visit there. God bless you all.

My daughter got her cavity filled here and also a cleaning. Dr. Susu did a great job at making the filling unnoticeable because he did white instead of the silver. He was very polite and they took me in in a timely matter, honoring my appointment time!
