Gulnara literally saved me. I had a really bad experience elsewhere with my eyebrows when I was referred to see her. From the first time I called her, she was soo responsive. While it would take several removals and laser before she could give me ‘perfect’ brows, she advised me on what to buy and literally showed me how to put on a shadow to make the brows look presentable. She was always available to me and let me stop by after each removal to see how the brows looked. Finally on 7/19/23, she worked her magic!! This experience was like night and day from my other experience. Gulnara was sooo professional and kind, her technique did not hurt at all and the healing is a breeze with zero pain. Gulnara is lovely, warm, and great at what she does- you can trust her to listen to you and do a beautiful job. I got an eyeliner tattoo; I asked for a natural look, and it's perfect. My experience of it wasn't painless -she uses numbing cream, but it's a tattoo and it feels like one. I hesitate to say that because I'd hate to dissuade anyone from having this done, but I'd rather be prepared for it to hurt and pleasantly surprised that it's not that bad. The whole process took 2 & 1/2 hours. I don't think anyone would have done a better job, or done a better job of making her clients comfortable. Gulnara was so professional and encouraging. She listened to exactly what I wanted. The end results were perfect with my powder eyebrows, eyeliner and lip tattoo. I would highly recommend her.

I can not say enough kind words about Gold Butterfly in regards to permanent makeup services. I have had an eyebrow, eyeliner, and a lip services done. The studio atmosphere is inviting, everything that Gulnara used to apply the makeup was clean and sterilized, there was even a pleasant music playing in the background. The quality of service is outstanding and the value is even better. Me, as a lot of women, have very busy lives. I, personally, take a great proud in how I look on the outside, therefore saving time and already looking dolled up at the beginning of each day is an amazing feeling. The Gold Butterfly is the place to go for your permanent make up needs. Gulnara is so professional and just the sweetest. My husband bought me the powder brow package for Christmas and while I was a little nervous to have my eye brows semi-permanent on my face Gulnara took that fear away with her explanation on how the process works and with her talent. Her shop is clean, welcoming and follows her love for butterflies(hence the name). When anyone asks, and honestly she made my brows look so natural people are shocked when I tell them they are powder brows, I don’t even hesitate in telling them where/who you go too! I will be using The Gold Butterfly and Gulnara for my touch ups and any future needs.
