Go Physical Therapy

I suffered from hip pain and was referred, by a friend, to Go Physical. The therapist at GoP seemed knowledgeable and competent, so I decided to give Go a chance. After two months, the only advice that really helped was being told I needed to wear well supported shoes. We did zero movement exercises. The therapist would massage my hip (sometimes while texting for nearly the entirety of the session) and then offer dry needling therapy. I asked her if she recommended any hip stretches to which she replied, “I don’t really believe in stretching.” That advice seemed a bit unusual, but I decided to listen to the therapist. I went there for foot pain years ago and experienced no improvement. I was hooked up to a machine there and did no exercises there and was given hardly any exercises to do on my own, even after suggesting that would be helpful. I went to Warner Physical Therapy next and only then did I really start doing physical therapy. I was given exercises at the clinic and home and the issue completely resolved. I also don’t remember my questions being welcome at Go. It didn’t give me the feeling I could do anything as the patient to improve which was a drag.

Tejas and his dry needling skills are miraculous. I've been out of work for 6 months, the pain clinic recommended I see Tejas specifically and now I know why. After about 12 visits I'm becoming functional! It's a wonderful feeling to become productive once again. Thank you Tejas and Go PT
