I’d LITERALLY give zero stars if at all possible after the biggest run around I’ve had with this office in the last week! All I needed was a simple insurance referral to a dermatologist I’ve been a patient to in the past. All they needed was an updated insurance referral. But nooooooo the ppl I’ve spoken to numerous times give me the run around over and over again. Take referral information, tell me to call back after lunch, sends me to voicemails that are no longer taking messages! Hateful as you could imagine! Unprofessional as it gets. Here I am a day before my appointment at the dermatologist and I’m now going to have to pay out of pocket because this drs office and staff doesn’t treat their patients as priority. Definitely fixing to find me a new drs office.

I am very happy with the care that I received at Go Medical. The nursing staff showed me respect and actually listened to what I had to say and that was the game changer for me. I appreciate it when my voice is heard when it comes to my health.

I go here as secondary to going to the VA very professional. My wife has been going here for over 15 years. We love Dr. Long. The entire staff is great quick efficient very responsive to text or email highly recommend this Doctor.

They don’t answer the phone, they make you text their line. Then, they don’t answer the line AT ALL. I texted them on January 15 for the price for a screening because they were one of the listed options, no one ever responded and then they texted me yesterday FEBRUARY 8 for a review. Here’s your review, DONT USE THIS PLACE! *Edited after GO response: There were no concerns for HIPPA violations over the texts, I will gladly provide them uncensored. My message was about the price of a drug screening for employment. I ended up going to another listed establishment, who answered the phone, promptly might I add, and was more than happy to answer my questions. It would have been a 10 second conversation over the phone, if the text line is preventing you from helping more customers than it’s hurt

Very Unprofessional Doctors Office. After helping me out the first month with Meds. I built a tolerance to my dosage and they wont adjust it until my next appointment and I need it now to focus and not get overwhelmed from work. Find better employees and nurses.
