Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called this urgent care for help regarding getting some papers signed and the woman on the phone repeatedly asked me the same question, even after I had already answered her several times stating I don’t know multiple times. When I got understandably frustrated and tried to explain again, she hung up on me while I was speaking. She also went as far as saying it didn’t matter I was frustrated with her asking me the same question. Hanging up on a patient who is trying to get care is beyond rude and completely unprofessional. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I can only imagine what the in-person experience is like. I will never call or go here again and l'd strongly suggest others do the same.

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to share the wonderful experience I’ve had with this location! I’ve been to this office twice now- once for a cold and recently for a pre-employment physical. Both times were excellent!! The office staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The medical personnel have been just as friendly while also being respectful of your time. Additionally, their out-of-pocket self-pay rates are incredibly fair and they are very transparent about their costs. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for someone needing quick, kind, and affordable medical care!

I’ve always been happy with Go-Care at Abby Medical Center and was happy to find out there was another location in Newark. Through this season of illness I’ve been there twice in the past month and I’m very happy with the care I’ve received. Super fast, super friendly front staff and super efficient and knowledgeable medical professionals. I highly recommend this center for urgent care/ walk in medical services.

My visit to the Urgent care is alway worrisome. However, I recommend this Urgent care. Its a hidden gem. The 2 ladies in the front were very nice and welcoming. And believe me when you are not feeling well a smile helps. The Doctor was awesome. He was on it and between him and the ladies up front they made sure all my needs were met before I left. Set up my scan ect. So happy with them. And was in and out quickly!
