Highly recommend!! Let me start by saying how wonderful and professional the staff at this office is. I've been going here for several years and I've always had a very pleasant experience. Very friendly very professional and I always get great results from my dental work. Would highly recommend if you're searching for a new dental office.

Carlos is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. The experience in this dentist has been immensely positive. No forcing “deep cleaning” like other dentists do. Have done a couple cleanings here and will continue to come here for years to come. Remember to ask for Carlos for your cleanings!

I am extremely disappointed with the way this office handles record keeping and scheduling. What finally pushed me to write this review was discovering that an incorrect claim was submitted under my insurance for services I did not receive. What made the matter worse is that the claim for the services, was on a date I didn’t even visit the office. Because of this error, I was forced to file a formal grievance with my insurance company and request an audit of their claims. I got a call from Glowing Smile Dental Studio that my insurance audited them and that they discovered a clerical error and that I could get credit or refund, of course I chose a refund. No patient should have to escalate to that level just to correct inaccurate records. Their scheduling policies also feel completely one-

Transparency and professionalism are extremely important in healthcare, and unfortunately this office fell short on both. When I booked my appointment, I was very clear that I was coming in for a routine cleaning and was told it would be fully covered by my insurance. When I arrived, the experience was completely different. The receptionist was rude from the moment I checked in, which set the tone right away. Instead of receiving the cleaning I came for, I was taken through a new patient process that was never explained to me beforehand. I was charged $87 for X-rays—even though my insurance includes X-rays—because they were a different type than what was covered, something that was never disclosed prior to the appointment.
