Completely incomptetent. The instructions for me after test results were done by text and i had follow up questions and needed the office to fill out forms for my insurance to approve this special med. Needless to say, a day to 2 days to hear a response and also unclear instructions on when to take meds. Don't let the nice building and sweet manners mislead you from the incompetence here. Stay away

Dr Francis was amazing. She took the time to answered all my questions. The appointment was not rushed even tough I was the last one of the day on a Friday. I highly recommend Dr. Francis. She is very knowledgeable, and compassionate.

Horrible experience. Went to Dr. Francis for almost a year. Her ego seems to be more important than treating her patients. Should not be employed by Cleveland Clinic where TRUE professionals work.

They don’t answer their phones they don’t get back to you. Total incompetence. When you call you have to wait the next day so that someone will maybe call you back so that you can speak to some medical professional
