Hey guys, this is a real review from a small company. I just want to say a personal thank you to Cameron the manager and Colton the technician. I was very hesitant at first and skeptical because their price seemed better than everyone else’s. I figured maybe customer service or a warranty would be at lack. But No every aspect was a great experience. They work with you on EVERYTHING. If there’s a scratch or if you need specific equipment like PHANTOMS for your state they will hook you up. These guys are not scared to learn new things and hook up their customers, thank you AGAIN!

Great company to do business with. Very professional and responsive, even after the sale. The after-sale support is amazing. They are always there to help you. Highly recommended. They even help me with equipment that was not purchased from them. Definitely my go-to for any equipment purchase in the future.

I have purchased an Acteon Trium CBCT a couple of months ago and I am very pleased with it. The team from Global Imaging USA have delivered and installed a very good machine and they were very responsive and prompt throughout the whole process. When some unforseen issues arrived, they took care of it. They are also very reliable now when I need technical help. I wholeheartedly recommend purchasing an equipment from them.

Had some hiccups with the delivery and installation of our pan/ceph machine, but Cotlon, Gerry and Hailey were amazing to work with. They all went above and beyond to make up for the delay in shipping and help get our machine up and running.
