I've been coming here for several years now. It was a fantastic office, from the Dr, PA's and other staff members. Ever since there was a change in personnel, it's been a disaster. Before you called the office and they answered immediately and with a positive attitude or returned the call when they could. Now, nobody picks up or calls to confirm appointments like they used to do before. Employees don't look as professional and the person in the reception area doesn't know anything about customer service, guess this is why phones are never answered. It's like he doesn't like his job. The office is a mess and doesn't look as clean as before. The counter is full of bags, files and just stuff. It's like there's no supervision.

I had a very frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment with this clinic. When I first called on Friday, March 6 to make an appointment, the representative barely took my information and didn’t even ask for my phone number. I actually had to call back and ask how I would receive an appointment confirmation, and only then did he ask for my phone number. He told me the earliest appointment available was Monday, so I assumed that meant Monday, March 9. Since I never received a confirmation, I called this morning to reconfirm my appointment because I was already on my way. That’s when I was told that my appointment was actually scheduled for next Monday, March 16. The representative helping me didn’t acknowledge that this was an inconvenience at all. Every time I call the office no matter what time of day it always tells me that they are closed to have lunch. I always have to show up in person to make an appointment. I wish they would answer the phones more often. The times that I do get to show up and have my appointments are great. Dr. Alex Pena is amazing at his job and I would recommend it to anyone. I just wish his office was able to take phone calls better

I have a patient with this office for many years I called them @ 9:14 this morning because I sm having flu like symptoms. The young lady said that she would send my message to my provider. They close from 1 to 2 for lunch but when I call I'm still getting the answering service. This is absolutely awful 😡

My husband has had care here for several years. He relocated and needed a medication form filled out from his doctor who is familiar with his medical history and the medications prescribed to him. This office has seen him and PRESCRIBED him medications, but refused to complete his forms for his job because they wanted to him to come back from out of state to complete a physical and lab work first. Why would that need to be completed when he no longer lives in the state and only require paperwork stating why he takes the medication that was prescribed to him by this office. This office is money hungry and doesn't even bother to follow up on lab work. I have never had an issue requesting medical paperwork from my previous doctors while moving states and find this ridiculous. **Edit to reply
