Chen was extremely helpful. My motor broke on a Saturday and I was panicking because that was the only motor that I had. Without that, I can’t work. I was calling the BioHorizon rep trying to get a new one but she didn’t reply (and she still hasn’t replied) I needed the motor urgently.
