My granny was a resident at the Glenville center so many of the staff members became family to my granny . Thank you all for taking care of my granny.❤️ From nursing , kitchen, house keeping activities , all staff my granny loved that they treated her like their own family.

Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about Glenville Health and Rehabilitation Center. Making the decision to place our mother in a care facility was one of the most difficult choices we’ve ever faced. Even though we knew it was necessary for her health and safety, the guilt we carried was very real and heavy on our hearts. From the very beginning, however, the staff at Glenville made all the difference. They welcomed our mom with love, dignity, compassion, and exceptional care. More than that, they welcomed us as well. Beth Gregory here… May I say that Glenville Health and Rehabilitation Center has exceeded our expectations! My mother, Jo Ann, became a resident there in late December 2025 and from the very beginning we were treated like family. We knew that the facility had a very good reputation and we knew that mom would receive great care, but we had no idea that the love she would receive from residents and staff would be overwhelming and bring tears to her eyes! The administrative staff, the nursing staff, the CNA‘s, the physical therapists, the dietary staff, housekeeping too… everyone has gone above and beyond to help mom settle in and answer all of our questions. My mother has been in Glenville Health and Rehabilitation Center for several years. I feel that she has received great care. So many of the staff treat her like she is their Grammy. And that makes her feel good about being there. ❤️

Our Father was there for a year after a brain bleed. His smile when some of the staff would walk in the room made my heart melt! The staff was amazing and took great care of him up until God took him home. The staff stood by us, nurtured, and showed great compassion for our loss! I love each one of them!
